The salts work great! My only complaint is they don’t sell a larger bag. I used them in my bathtub for postpartum recovery and I had to buy 6 bags because each one is enough for 2.5 baths.

My baby came extremely quickly so I had a second-degree tear. I was required to do a Sitz bath twice per day and these bath soaks were a lifesaver. They smell so nice and kept my stitches clean. I healed rather quickly and was able to stop using them after 10 days but will probably still use the rest of them for a nice relaxing bath.

This was great after having my baby. I used it closer to when I started to heal more as I was a little skeptical but it really made a difference in how I felt after using it.

I'm so glad I bought this before going into labor because these saved my life postpartum. I will tell you the bag is smaller than it looks, so putting these in a normal bath is not going to work and I highly advise against it. What you need to do is buy the Frida peri bottle and put this in some warm water inside it. Life changing for the healing process. My soreness was relieved within 10 minutes of the first use. I still had some left in the bag after I was healed and just continued to use it for sanitation purposes. Would recommend this for anyone planning to do a vaginal birth.

After having stitches from natural birth, this was my saving grace. Helped the pain and healing process amazingly.

I used this immediately after returning home from the hospital ! I was back on my feet in less than 2 weeks after giving birth ! It does leave a dry feeling to the skin but I have to believe it helped me heal quicker

I used this for myself post partum and then got in the habit of making post partum care packages for any of my friends that have babies. This is ALWAYS an item I include. I love giving women the things no one else ever things to buy for them during that post partum healing journey. Definitely recommend!Make sure you get a sitz bath to go with it!
