Great product! Helps keep me sleep at nite and keeps me regular in the morning. I have helped me from gaining weight. I have lost 8lbs with exercise and keeping my daily calorie intake at 1800-2000. Would Recommend

Besides the fact that this product arrived a day early than the delivery date, I'm very happy with the product itself. I've only used it for 2 nights now, but it has been wonderful. Better Sleep
I have no energy during the day and have trouble sleeping at night, so I tried this product to see if it would help with my energy level and sleep. I have noticed that I do sleep better. I do not wake up as many times and feel more rested during the day; however, I haven’t noticed as much difference with my energy level as I still feel tired in the late afternoon. It is also reasonably priced, which is a plus.

They work wonderfully! I have slowly been noticing the wight coming off but not in an extreme way, which is good. And they are amaizing for sleep, I'm a huge insomniac and ever since theses I haven't had a sleepless night!
