This might be my favorite superfoods I've ever taken. I'm definitely of the belief that it has increased both my strength and energy. It's flavor is super light and not nearly as earthy as other root powders. Plus Anina Mundi has a strong commitment to sustainability!

I've heard wonderful things about this brand and did some further research about this particular supplement. I was disappointed that it never blended well into my drinks. I used an electric hand blender to blend it into my coffee. It didn't work so it wasn't the most pleasant to consume. I was willing to tolerate that if the effects were noticeable but unfortunately they were not. I am healthy, active and experiment with various supplements. I was quite disappointed in this.

Now I bought this with the hopes of my sex drive to increase and testosterone as well and I used it for about 2 months and now I’m cycling off and I definitely feel the difference. My desire to have sex has gone down again and my stamina has dropped. Now I’m past my youth and entering into my middle age and without supplements like these I couldn’t make it in the gym. Do your research about this stuff. It has many health benefits.I’ll continue to buy suma root

It has bark pieces in it, and wasn't fully ground into a powder. This made it hard to ingest it once I mixed it with water, at times chocking on it. Additionally, i do not think that powder form of ginseng is the most ideal... if in fact the least ideal form to consume ginseng. Moving forward I will try a bean paste form (most ideal) or tea or tincture.
