They're not as sturdy as they look.
I bought these because some of my workout bands are very wide. But if you don't close the clasp to save time during your workout, they WILL bend and be out of shape. I couldn't close them once they bent. Luckily I have tools that allowed me to bend them back into shape. So, they DO work, but you MUST close the clasp.

Heavy Duty
I bought these to use with an exercise bar I’m using with X3 bands. These are big enough to easily fit the largest bands into. They’re solid, well made and could hold a lot more weight than I will ever put on them. 5 Star Product. I’m well pleased with these.

Strong
Very heavy duty for anything I could possibly use. I really only bought it to put on my bugout bag. You know, should the end of times come.

Ideal for loop bands up to 1.8" wide
The closure nut on one of my links was oddly filled with peening balls? Was very difficult to unthread and get rid of the balls, but seems like it works as expected (although I think there was some slight damage to the threads, as the closing action isn't as smooth as the other link in the pack.Regardless, this is a good attachment point to adapt resistance bands to a bar or handles so you don't destroy your skin. Ideal max is 1.8" wide bands for this size of link. For larger sizes, you might be able to get away with loading asymmetrically along the longest leg of the link.

Triangles Can Work
Wife bought some webbing with 6 clips. Not really sure what the webbing was supposed to be used for.We were hoping it would keep a larger Arabian - out of the stall for a miniature pony.It kind of works. The trick hinges on Arabian's predisposition to not bend over or crouch down far enough to get under it.We were hoping for genetic laziness.Well, - can't fault her - for trying. In the process of trying to sneak under it, she broke off one of the clips. These clips were sewn in to the webbing.Without - unstitching the webbing - an exact replacement could not be installed.Ergo, the Delta Quick Link.It provided a solution - not - requiring a sewing machine. It still needed another clip in order to work - but, it was a major step in the right direction.

This is the way.
Bought a pair of these to be used as a component for my Harambe System knock-off. These are the real deal: Super thick, solid, seemingly unbreakable. This is what I'd want standing inbetween me and certain death up on a steep mountain cliff somewhere. In my case, they are used to hold resistance bands onto a bar, and the bottom portion of the triangle is wide enough for me to use heavy duty bands. Highly recommended; depending on your use case.
