No. These clips did not fit my GM Equinox which is basically the same vehicle as the Terrain. I got a refund.

No. Look at inner fender clip for Dodge 1500 on Amazon. I think you get 100 pcs for 7 dollars. You might find clips with the tool if you look. You have to figure the hole size, 7mm or whatever it is. Hope this helped.
