A miracle in a bag
This was the best purchase I could have done. My milk supply had been low all week! I had one scoop with 2 cups of almond milk, and within hours my milk supply increased. I was normally pumping 2 oz daily before this purchase, but when I returned to work it decreased to 1 oz daily. I was freaking out to lose my supply as I nourish my 3 month old during the day with breastmilk. I’m so happy it increased within hours! I recommend this product for those who workout like myself, and for mommas who just want something delicious to snack or replace a meal. It’s worth every dime. My supply went from 1oz to 2oz. I will update when I have my highest peak of supply (5am). I usually pump 3.5 oz early in the morning, so we will see tomorrow morning. Also the taste is not too bad, but I think fruit will make it a little better. There’s a good amount in the bag with a scooper. I expected a smaller bag, and was surprised when I received it.I’m an exclusive pumper 😃.Update: I have been consuming the shake for 4 days twice a day, and my milk supply did it increase a little bit as shown in the photo. I highly recommend for users to drink fenugreek capsules, if you’re looking for a faster increase. I have attached my photos of before consuming the shake (3rd photo), and a photo of the shake and fenugreek capsules (middle photo).Good luck mommas! I know it can be stressful to have milk supply decrease, but thankfully there’s things to help us bring it back up.

Love this stuff!!! Works Better Than The God Awful "Mother's Milk" Teas!!!
Love this stuff!!! Now that I have it I can't be without it. The very first day I used this stuff I ended up yielding 9.5 ounces at my 10:00 pumping time --and my usual yield was about 4-5 ounces. This was HUGE!!! I've been using it ever since and even though my supply has gone down considerably I am pretty sure the only reason I still get ANY breastmilk when I pump is because of this stuff. Scared to see what would happen if I quit using it.Taste: Delicious! I put a wicked amount of Adam's peanut butter in with a banana and this is my favorite "meal" of the day! :) (keeps me full for 4 hours too!)

Taste and texture
This review is about the taste and texture.I just received my mix today so I’ve only had 1 shake so far. I’m far to lazy to make anything fancy so I just mixed it with milk in my blender bottle. I just used regular vitamin D milk for now, but plan to use almond milk in the future, just personal preference. The taste is just fine for me, it’s not what I expected but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. I imagine the Carmel one tastes better since the vanilla one resembles a Carmel or coffee taste to me. Some people say the brewers yeast is strong but I can’t taste it at all. (Although I have tried brewers yeast by itself so anything is better than that haha!) You can taste the stevia but honestly I’d rather taste that than brewers yeast! The texture is fine for me, I’m not picky at all though. It was thick but blended just fine in my blender bottle.I plan on using this solely for increasing my breastmilk supply.

After taste that doesn't leave your taste buds..
I'd give this 0 of 5 stars, if I could. The taste is literally awful. I have used several brands of protein shakes so I am used to the usual acquired taste for the drink but there is no getting used to this taste. Take the advice of this and other reviews because there is not an option to return. I assumed others were exaggerating and wanted to try it for myself but should have skipped the purchase.I've only tried it with almond milk, chocolate almond milk and regular milk but since I can't return I guess I'll attempt to blend with fruit to disguise the strong after taste. If it isn't manageable I'll have to toss it in the trash.

Keep it simple and just mix with a liquid of your choice 😋
I’ve tried every kind of lactation tea, capsule, cookie out there with no success. I drink over a gallon of water a day and burn about 1000 calories with strength and cardio workouts. My net caloric intake is about 1200-1600 calories, which decreased my milk supply. For some reason this protein powder works! I got it as a post workout protein supplement, not so much for milk production increase (I had given up on the idea that something would work). I tried it with frozen berries and banana the first time and it was nasty. I think maybe natural sugars from the fruit don’t mix well with stevia 🤔🤷🏻♀️, anyway it was gross! I gave it a second chance because my milk supply increased overnight; this time I just blended it with a cup of unsweetened almond milk and it was actually delicious 😋 and very filling!

Great taste and trusted ingredients
I love Vanilla milkdrunk. I actually dont breastfeed anymore and i still buy this product. I personnally love the taste and the quality, overall, is better than alot of other protein powders out there. It has Trusted ingredients and its use is versatile. I mix it with coffee and ice for a “frapaccino” type breakfast smoothie. Ive made a multitude of other smoothies with it,including veggi ones, and it adds a great flavor.

Love it!
I have been buying Milk Drunk bars for a few months so was excited to try the protein powder! I do a protein shake just about every day in the afternoon so I thought I would replace it with this to see if it helped my milk even more. It definitely has! I pump at work a few times per day and I would guess I am getting an extra ounce or so per session. Not a huge result, but with all the good stuff in the smoothie it's really worth it to me. Happy that this is vegan too, I don't do well with whey/casein proteins. The bag is really cute, too. My coworkers always comment on it!

Delicious and effective
Milk Drunk was recommended to me by a friend when I noticed my supply dropping after I returned to work at my physically demanding job. After just a few days of drinking the shakes, my supply was back to where it was before (with my same pumping regimen) and I still drink them when I need a boost in supply or when I'm feeling especially run down after work. Taste and texture are great, but this is not a shake and drink powder - definitely use a blender.
