This is a great training tool for anyone training for a sport or just in need of some footwork training. Here's some additional thoughts:Pros:- The price is reasonable for what you get. You get the ladder, training manual, carry bags, and supposedly stakes to attach them to the ground (covered in the cons).- Seems to be well made. We've had a bunch of kids get tangled up in it while working on agility for our soccer team. Nothing has broken and it's quite adjustable.- The book that came with the set had a number of great workouts to do.Cons:- We were supposed to receive stakes that hold it to the ground. They were even supposed to come in their own carry bag. We didn't receive these.- Without being attached to the ground and strung out tight, this ladder is just a tripping hazard. The kids were getting tangled up in the ladders continually. Thus, without the stakes, it didn't work well. The remedy was to purchase come tent stakes and use them to pin the ladder to the ground. Amazon helped with accommodating this.Overall, this is a great training aid and I would recommend it with the caveat that it needs to be staked down. I gave this 3 stars, as it arrived without the stakes and I had to go through the hassle of getting them to make the set complete.I hope I have helped your purchasing decision of this product. The agility ladder is well constructed with quality fabrics and solid rungs. It is pretty easy to figure out how to unfold the speed ladder and adjust the rungs as favored. I really appreciate that a folder with drills for speed training comes with this training kit especially as I am beginner regarding these types of fitness training. In terms of price, quality and size I think this quickness training kit is one of the best options on the market. You receive an agility ladder with adjustable and solid rungs together with bag with shoulder straps that easily fit into when folded for a very fair price.

The only reason I gave 4 stars and not five is because on one of the ladders I bought both straps we're twisted in between the last two rungs making the ladder not lat flat on the gym floor. I was able to fix it but it was very difficult because of the way the straps go through the plastic rungs. Other than that seems like a great product ,works like advertised.

The agility ladder was easy to setup and fold back into the included bag. I have tried this speed ladder in a couple of the suggested exercises found in the included manual, I can already see improvement in my overall coordination. It feels well made and of high quality. I have found this speed ladder to be a great exercising tool, and I am sure it can help improve the coordination and agility of active people such as myself. It has worked perfectly for me for both indoor and outdoor speed training. Would strongly recommend to a friend.

Take it anywhere for foot work training. This is a little longer than most and gives a better rep during a station of guys lined up. It could be heavier so that if one guy snags it, it won't piss on a drill. The stakes are hassle to use in hard ground is why I'd like it to be heavier.

Good quality product and comes with everything you need. Would be nice if the plastic straps had some guide marks (e.g. every 3 inches) to make it easier to align the rungs for different spreads, but for the price this is a great set.

I liked that it is a longer ladder, good quality, have used it few times only and indoor so have not tried the anchors. I don’t think the instructional booklet was that useful but you can get lots of ideas from YouTube.

This ladder is no different than any of the others I have used in the past. The straps are not thicker, the plastic rungs are not better, and it’s not any longer. The metal stakes are tiny and thin and virtually useless. It’s not heavier duty, period. Advertising hype. The carrying bag is thin and too small. They should call it a “stuff sack” because you can’t easily get the thing back into it.

This was purchased as a gift for my son’s skills training for his students. He said it work perfectly for his drills and the kids loved it.

This is a great ladder and works great for agility training. I use it indoors, so I don't anchor it to the floor. As long as I step straight down on the ladder itself, it does not move. I like the way if folds up easily and goes back into its bag for storage. Great product.

Exactly what we were looking! Having a storage bag is great and so glad to have the ground stakes when using the ladder with multiple kids that are moving fast and not paying close attention to the ends of the ladder. Very fast shipping and packaged very well. Perfect for use with any athlete but we are using specifically for football and lacrosse players.

My son loves this ladder. Well made and came in a handy carrying bag. Very well made and I like the ability to change the spacing... my son is 6'5" and wears a size 14 shoe so it was helpful to him to have a little more room to work.

Since it arrived, my husband set it up on the deck, uses it every day, getting hints from YouTube. Hoping it will stabilize his PD.

The product met every expectation I had for it. As a matter of fact, I was pleased to see that the spaces were wider than normal. This allows those who use it, for the first time, not to get as frustrated when going through the drills.

Really like this agility ladder for the price. Use it for my 11 year old son and 14 year old daughter and it has held up well.
