There are variations between the puzzle pieces like a "normal" jigsaw puzzle.

If the box is missing puzzle pieces, is it possible to get a replacement or refund? also, i still can't find freddy krueger...exactly where?

I had a missing piece in another of Toynk's puzzles and they sent me a whole new puzzle to replace it. Only problem with that is, the laser cutter was off, so the one missing piece didn't fit my already completed puzzle and I had to redo the puzzle in its entirety. Also Freddy is on the cover of the Scream magazine on the couch.
