Brown POLAROID Premium PLA, QPPFBR

This tiny printer is cute, easy to use, and has great features. You can even coax some really good, fine detail printing out of it...but the unreliability and proprietary design make this printer a nightmare to own. The built in lights, camera, and wifi are nice, but I would rather have had more universal parts on this printer. After having two of these, I can tell you that it has all the normal problems of a cheap 3d printer, except you can't replace the parts that break, because they use weird proprietary parts that aren't standard on any other printer. Everything from the ptfe connectors, to the extruder, the build plate, the hot end, the nozzle, Everything is odd and unobtainable. I think the only part that is standard is the bowden tube. It will print great for about 3 months, and then it starts breaking parts. Clogs are constant. The build plate is smaller than you think, and it's hard to fit anything into the small print area. The best part about buying these cheap 3d printers is that you can replace and upgrade the cheap parts when they break. This one just breaks.

The media could not be loaded.  I’m updating my review. I’ve been using a different program since the smart play app doesn’t really work. I been unsuccessful to return this printer so I tried to make the best of it. However, this plastic printer has begun to melt. It’s a fire hazard. $600 3D printer you shouldn’t have these issues.

I have 2 of these printers that i picked up on clearence for 100 a piece. First machine was a return, hot end was clogged bad. Tried to clear it but had no success, tried to replace the hot end with one of the 3 replacements that came with the unit. Poloroid decided that a ressessed nut made of some kind of soft metal was the best choice to secure the hot end and also decided it would be best to include an alan key slightly too small. The alan key rounded the corners of the nut first try and now the nut is stuck since its stripped. Bonus! The playsmart app requires you to make a poloroid account, but when you sign up your email address may be rejected for no reason and instead of them fixing the issue, you are expected to solve it yourself (ya making a new email is easy enough, but they should fix their crap)

Came blocked with fillament. Doesn't print. Nossels are bespoke so don't allow for silicone socks. Taking appart (for declogging) is very awkward due to the enclosure style. I can't get it to work. Over run with 30 day returns. Must now see if warrenty allows for repairs.

Very disappointed from this product.Cant purchase replacement nozzle.The nozzle screw is broken so i cant replace nozzle and right now the printer is not working and shutdown.The nozzle cover broke after several uses.A lot of failures during printing so i have to reprint a lot of time again and againThis printer is certainly not plug and play and for sure not worth the very high cost of it. At this cost you can buy much more professional and solid printer.

No entiendo como dice oro, cuando esto es mostaza. Tirando eso nos es mal filamento. Yo tener comprado este filamento a menos de 20€ por eso ha sido un bueno negocio, más a preciso superiores nao tan poco vale ese precio.

Polaroid advertises the printer as supplied with an an intelligent filament holder (with scale). Moreover it's dispalyed on a printer box that this device is included. However the item was shipped without smart holder. I hope it's just mistake. Let's see if Amazon will ship missing element.
