I should’ve gotten this years ago ( and just ordered a second one). I have had trouble with my shoulders for years now with 2 surgeries on the right and a pending one for the left, made turning corners a painful experience. I have two pickups that have a lot of travel in the steering and with one installed on my f-250, getting a second one for the f-150 was a no brainer. These are exactly as described. They are large (the knob nearly covers the palm of my hand which I like) and it is designed to fit large steering wheels or steering wheels with covers on them. They do come with two different rubber pads that can be used to fit any steering wheel. These are well made with super smooth bearings that make driving so much easier especially for those of us with shoulder and arm pain. Highly recommend.

Works great. I use it daily when I drive. I have it mounted at 7 o’clock on the wheel.

I don't know how I ever drove without the TOP LIFE XL STEERING WHEEL KNOB! This is a game changer & a must have for all CDL drivers! Not only does it make maneuvering backups & tight turns soooo much easier, it also makes it less strenuous & more comfortable driving long distance on highways. I did my research before I bought the TOP LIFE XL STEERING WHEEL KNOB & I'm glad I did! This thing is durable, well built, comfortable on the hand, easy to install, ect, ect, ect..! Plus it looks great too! Just look at the photos I included! In my opinion, if you're considering buying a steering wheel knob, spinner, ect, whatever you call it... The TOP LIFE XL is the way to go! (make sure to get the XL) It's a little bit more money than most of the other ones out there but as the the saying goes... I drive an 18 wheeler, I have purchased, I can’t tell you how many, steering wheel spinners from truckstops and other vendors. I saw this one on Amazon, I was a little skeptical just because it’s not a normal one from what I was used to. But I installed it on the steering wheel of my truck and it is quite actually the best one that I’ve had yet after 11 years of driving. Still to be determined on the safety of it, but it is very comfortable, also very easy to install, the quality seems to be quite amazing, the size actually is great also, it is very slip resistant. The only reason I gave it a four out of five is because it does actually kind of slip on the steering wheel a bit if I am aggressive with it. But it’s not a problem just a minor inconvenience at all. All around awesome product I highly recommend it.

I got this to make it easier to back my RV. I've placed it at the bottom of my steering wheen for just that reason. I've had this installed in my truck for about a week now and it works very well. After reading one reviewer that said he had difficulty installing it in his wife's vehicle because she had a steering wheel cover, I decided to purchase the larger version. I too have a steering g wheel cover and did not want to remove it, so I went with this. After installing it the first time it was VERY loose. I used one of the supplied rubber strips a d it helped a little. The knob would still move a bit though. So, I removed it and added BOTH of the rubber strips and it is now pretty firm. There is still a little bit of play, but not so much as to make it unusable. So far it works great though I've not backed my RV yet, I'm sure it will do the job well. Install3d in a 2007 Chevy Silverado 2500HD.

The Steering Wheel Knob was easy to install. I didn't use the extra rubber; it didn't need it. The first couple of days are kind of training when you are steering, definitely you need to be careful, or you will lose control of the car. I installed the steering wheel know on a tesla S, I think i would be more efficient for a truck. Price-wise, I think it is right.
