My go to for shoyu-style ramen! Great flavor and I love the ease of the packets. No measuring or mess. Just snip and squeeze out for a great tasting broth. If you used to subscribe to HelloFresh and still have your recipe cards, this is the perfect substitution for their pork ramen concentrate. You get a lot of packets in the box, making it a good buy.

Tasty and easy to prepare

I live right in the middle of a lot of different ramen shops, and this broth is as close as I can get to the great shop broth at home! Toss in some veggies, noodles and maybe an egg and you've got some delicious ramen! I cant even eat the super cheap ramen anymore. The broth quality is just a cut above! I didn't realize how important mouth feel is when it comes to broth. This broth forms isn't water and seems to thicken ever so slightly after it's thoroughly stirred. The appearance becomes a really nice to look at milky brown color. You can tell it is filled with flavor just by looking at it!

Amazing broth for the price. A little high on sodium but the broth taste great. Will definitely be ordering again. Much better quality than instant ramen.
