So far so good. I didn’t mount to the wall so I redneck engineered it to a support pole in my basement.

This is much better quality and larger than I thought. Im sure my son-in-law will love it.

I was using a battle rope in the gym prior to covid and didn't know they were available for home purchase. When I first started it, I couldn't do ten. Now I'm doing three sets of 10 at a time. Trying to build up upper body strength and see how many I can do. Started at 30 second intervals, moved up to 60.
