I haven’t used it all up but it is an uncut length of rope, and has no cuts in the middle. Length, I think it’s just amount the length that was described

Is this rope strong or acceptable for tug of war?

NO. Pay attention to the mm offered. For tug of war, you’d need a larger mm, unless you plan to weave multiple strands together. This is not heavy-duty utility rope.
