Our goal is not only to provide the best quality products to our customers, but also to bring nature back to people. Our phone cases are custom made, with only the highest quality combination soft touch plastic and wood cases, as well as, all natural fully wooden cases from different tree species, such as Walnut, Rose Wood, Maple, Cherry Wood, and Bamboo. Please note that our natural wood and soft touch plastic cases are made as one piece. And our all natural wooden cases are made in two pieces. We do not mass produce our products. As soon as we receive your order: • We personally hand pick our wood cases with the most suitable wood grain patterns to best match with the direction of your design. Each piece has its own individually unique wood grain pattern. • We inspect each piece thoroughly for any signs of flaws or damages. • With the dedication of our craftsmanship, we then begin the individual laser carving of your design onto your case. Because we do not mass produce or waste our products, we design them one by one with great care. • And finally, we inspect and clean, and carefully hand pack your case individually. Meanwhile, please be reminded that due to lighting effects, monitor's brightness / contrast settings etc, there could be some slight differences in the color tone of the pictures and the actual item. Also, if you have any additional customization you would like to add to your case, you can add a note upon purchase of what you would like and we will contact you to confirm your requested additions. If you are not happy with your purchase, don't put any negative feedback, if there is any issue contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you and fix any concerns that you may have.
