I recently began a Mediterranean food lifestyle, and this spice features greatly in those recipes. It is wonderfully acidic, lemony, and smells divine. It's very versatile; it can be used in dishes wherever a citrus flavor is called for. It's good value for money given it's a spice not readily found here, but it's still fresh and vibrant!

We tried it in a new recipe that was in the newspaper. We have never tried this spice and it was wonderful and we will be trying it on other things.

I am just getting into Middle Eastern cooking, and with Easter coming up, this spice is is essential. It is different than what I am used to, but is still great. Gives a nice, warm flavor to home-made bread, as well as to soups and stews. Try it - you won't have your spice cabinet without it!

Just opened the Cerez Pazari Zaatar Seasoning and was smacked in the face with the most deliciously fresh fragrance of herbs and spices!! Made a Mediterranean chicken dish that was extra extra good with this zaatar seasoning. And don't be fooled with the 4.9 oz package -- It's big! Buy and enjoy!

Good price especially if you get it through subscribe and save. Makes everything taste better.

Lacks flavor which is not cool for a seasoning. It has stems in it. At first I thought it maybe it was Rosemary, but it’s not. There are tiny stems/sticks. Not worth the money.

it was great in my pomegranate chicken improvisation, of my mixing of two recipes, one calling for Zaatar seasoning. It's mild but flavorful and I didn't worry that it wouldn't work out.
