Definitely less tired!
I was struggling badly with tiredness until I started taking this little capsules. Just one a day has worked wonders and I'll be continuing to take them for the foreseeable future. Fantastic price too, so thank you Wellgard for making an excellent product very affordable!

I’m still deciding..
I’ve had bouts of low folic acid so I wanted to try these out - they do seem to be working especially when I take them at the start of the day. I feel more energised. I’ll give it another month or so to make sure it’s not the placebo effect.You only need to take one small pill so easy to swallow, there’s no taste to it. It seems potent, and I’m getting the vitamins I need so can’t complain. Being vegan is a bonus!
