One pound of bouncy wool. Beautiful, springy and a breeze to spin! So soft and fluffy, great for thick and quick yarns. This is carded roving/sliver, so it will spin up into a lovely woolen yarn, but it does contain a bit of VM (vegetable matter) because it is not combed into top. A nice naturally dark taupe color, but can be overdyed, too! 25-26 microns - next to skin soft! 5-6 inch staple length Polwarth sheep are a cross-breed (75%merino/25% Lincoln) resulting in a wonderfully soft wool with a long staple length.
