Well through no fault of their own this product did not do what I wanted it to do... it works fine for charging and other things.... but there is sometimes when you need a part from Apple because of the chip installed within it.... and my case was one of those.... NOW on the other hand... this product worked GREAT for connecting a mini usb to my IPhone and IPad.... I would highly suggest your purchase it!!!!

Lightning cables are not well known for their durability. These adapters are a very cost effective solution because instead of paying for a new cable and connector, you just pay for the connector. One important note that is not the fault of the manufacturer in any way is that the type of micro usb cable you use can't be a "charge only" cable. Often you take for granted the fact that lightning cables include the D+ and D- wires that the device uses to negotiate charge power but not all micro usb cables have them so those "charge only" cables ironically don't work with the adapter.

then you probably don't have enough chargers or don't want to pay apple prices for charging cords/etcwell convert your micro charging android wires ( which are more moderately priced thru more competition ) and then be ready for whatever needs arise.on my spare battery charger I keep type c and android and apple connectors to be ready for any low battery statuses that arise during the day and travels...

I use these at work as we have a ton of micro usb cables around. My coworkers and I use these little adapters to charge various models of iPhones with no problem. We’ve charged off various brands of micro usb cables and wall chargers with no issues. Charging off a desktop also works fine. These have proven to be very handy. Recommended.

Great adapter for those android users, I have tons of micro usb cords and all my devices are android. My work uses apple products and everyone is assigned a work phone which are apple and I did not feel like carrying around other cables so I just bought the adapters and the recommended rubber holders. Been working great and no complaints.

Average quality at best. I bought these on November 7, 2020. They worked well till a week ago, mid-April 2021. One pulled apart without hard tugging. The following week, a 2nd one completely quit working, unable to charge my iPhone. The 3rd still works for now. In this case you get what you pay for.

the Connector develops loose connection over time.I find it getting disconnected again and again.

For me, these were perfect. I had a charging block that came with one that fit in the side but, over time, it gave out. These were the PERFECT replacement, even fitting in the same little slot on the side of the charging block. Plus, it is great to have some extras and the price was quite good.

Use them on my micro usb cables for charging my wife's iphone in the car and the work well

I purchased this so I do not have to carry so many cables when I travel. Also great for the car. Never know when a passenger needs a charge. I have so many micro-USB cables and I don't have to purchase lightning cables for a while.

Adapter plugs into iPhone perfectly even with a case on phone Then use a Micro to USB cable for car touch-screen display hookup. To remove phone just disconnect Micro from adapter. Leave adapter in phone. Less wear on phone Lightning plug. Perfect setup

I use these 3 tips with 3 different brands of USB to Micro-USB cables connected to a MacBook Pro at home, a desktop PC at work, and the USB port in my car, and none of them work reliably with my iPhone 5s. Any minute vibration, movement, bump in the road, and sometimes seemingly just looking at them the wrong way will cause the connection to either disconnect, go through a rapid cycle of constantly disconnecting and reconnecting, bring up a "This accessory may not be supported" prompt on the iPhone, or cause my MacBook to disable *all* of my USB ports along with the message, "Unplug the device using too much power to re-enable USB devices." I have absolutely no issues with my OEM cables as well as a third-party (Belkin) Lightning cable, leaving me to conclude that these tips are junk.

I lost the only tip I had but really wanted more. These were a good price and work fine.
