These mouthguards work great! My lacrosse players love that they can talk pretty normally with these in, and don’t drool on themselves, which are challenges with bulkier models.My younger daughter wears braces, and our ortho would not respond to our requests for assistance. We watched an online guide where an orthodontist showed how to simply cover the braces up with a strip of foil (pressed tightly to the teeth) for the molding process. Simple to do, just make sure the braces are completely covered by the foil, and you bite on the non-perforated area of the guard during placement.

Best mouth guard I have used! Very thin, extremely easy to talk and drink with it in. Molding the mouth guard was easy following the instructions on the back. My son had an issue with the first time and we were able to just reheat the problem area and remold it. 10/10

Wow, I'm impressed! This is the best feeling mouth guard I've ever used! Hardly any bulk, super light, and I can even talk with them on, though it does give a little bit of a lisp. I would totally use this for BJJ, but my dentist also told me to get a night guard, and all of them have the same problem of bulkiness and discomfort, so I'm trying this instead. I can't believe I've finally solved the problem of having crappy mouth guards / night guards with these!

This is the second time we have purchased this mouthguard. (First one was lost.) We bought a different brand because we needed one quickly. However, we discovered Sisu is far superior to the other we got from Dick’s. Getting the correct fit the first time is such a breeze. I’d recommend Sisu!

It took me at least half a dozen times to mold it in a way I liked, but that repeated softening/hardening didn’t seem to affect its durability.I’ve worn this for hundreds of hours of grappling and taken some pretty hard hits to the face without tooth damage, so I guess it’s working?My only issue has been that the holes seem to create a very slight edge that has made my inner lip cut slightly on hard impact. I’d rather a sore lip than broken teeth, though!

Does not mold properly at all in mouth. Tried over 5 times, every time it would barely fold at all with hot water. And every time I would retry, huge bite marks became visible.

Great fo braces. Great for wrestling
