Unfortunately, I did not see any results. For the amount of money, I wish I had seen some change.

I could not be more thrilled with this product and I'm only on day 3! I've suffered from IBS my entire life and without laxatives and stool softener I have gone 8 days without a bm. I started this Tuesday afternoon and a few hours later my stomach started making noise but felt fine. I had a little temporary heartburn after taking it the first day but nothing since. Wednesday morning things happened (don't want to go in to too much TMI!) and it was amazing to not have to take a ton of pills and supplements.. this was predictable and comfortable. I've already recommended this to my mother and a few friends! I will definitely be continuing use and would recommend this to anyone who's tired of dealing with constipation and IBS.

With this product, I continued to have gas and bloating. This product did not reduce my bloating or make my belly flatter. The product was terrible and did not do anything that it advertises it does. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Since I started taking this I can definitely tell a difference in my digestive system and have had much improvement!
