Good pain relief potli but be careful while heating it
I have a severe back pain issue and I was searching for some ayurvedic treatment and came across this pain relief potli from blue nectar. I use it with pain relief oil.I am happy how nicely it helpls in pain relieving and give relief instantly.The only caution you need to take is be careful while heating the potli as the cloth is very thin and it can easily be torn or burned if heated too much.
