I'd purchased the cheaper, white all-plastic $25 Wali set first. When they arrived, I felt they looked totally fake, plus are not solar-powered. So I returned them and bought this $35 set. 100% better. The silver plastic parts look like metal from only a few feet away, and the base and bracket are real metal. The hardware is crap—use better screws that don't strip out.I popped in pre-charged batteries, assembled the things (super easy to do) and mounted them at four locations on my property. They're easily seen where I put them (the whole idea), and at night the blinking red LED is bright and cannot be missed. The articulation of the bracket allows for myriad angles and positioning, and I was happy with this.Since I just put them up yesterday, I cannot speak for long-term durability, but there's not a lot to go wrong here and they're cheap enough if you have to replace some over the years."The proof will be in the pudding," as they say—as long as they keep the bad guys away!

These are okay, they do look real from afar, but once you get closer you can see the difference the cable should have been longer, but for the price it’s hard to complain

Haven't set it up yet but took it out of the box to test it. It works and looks just like the real thing.
