Exceeded my Expectations
*Apologies for the light glare in the photos*As stated in the title, this deck exceeded my expectations. It hit every criteria I would want in a tarot deck. Below I'll list Pros & ConsPros:~The cardstock is very good. I own tarot cards that are thin & almost paper-like & I own some oracle cards that have thick, stiff, cardboard-like cardstock. This tarot deck is in-between & the cards are a little more flexable.~The pictures on each card actually reflect their individual meanings. Empress is birthing (or being torn apart) by her creation in her womb, producing something new. The 3 of Cups show different species of hands holding goblets toasting one another in togetherness. The 10 of Pentacles representing families being together shown as beings in coffins stacked together.~There are reversed meanings in the book. Although I do work with decks that only have upright meanings, it's always nice to have more to learn about tarot & your deck.~In the back, there are 3 spreads specific to this deck that those who seek out this theme of deck would enjoy. The spreads work really well with this deck (obviously) & gave me accurate readings.~The size of the box & guide is about the size of the tarot deck so it won't take up much storage space. The cards go in the box & won't shimmy-shake around making noise, the guidebook goes on top perfectly, and the top of the box slides down over everything to close. Great size for traveling in a smaller bag for on-the-go readings.Exceptional Pros:~Each card has the name of the card on the bottom (& sometimes on top) engraved into the card with metallic, red foil.~The guidebook has colored pictures of each card, the major arcana pics taking up a whole page & the minor arcana showing smaller versions of the cards next to their meanings on each page.Cons:~Don't have any to be honest.Summary:~The deck is perfect in my opinion. The guidebook has reversed meanings, the artwork is reflective of each card meaning & superb (Thank you, Abigail Larson ❤), the cardstock is just right to make this deck last a long time, & the deck with the guidebook in the original box is small & compact to take with you anywhere. The intricate details of the metallic, red foil engraved on each card stating their name & the colored pics of the cards in the guidebook are the small details that really make a beautifully, well-made tarot deck even greater than it already was. A lot of care & attention to detail show in the way this deck was constructed. Hope this review can help fellow horror-fans seeking a tarot deck in the future ❤

Love these cards!!
The media could not be loaded. I really love these cards!! The card stock is good for the price point on these. Not too thin or thick and they have a matte finish and a smooth feel which I like. They don’t seem to stick together much which is great and the box is super sturdy. The guide book is pretty decent with a full color replica of the card on the left and the description is on the right. I like that they keep the descriptions fairly short and sweet and the cards are listed alphabetically based on the word on the card so you can locate pretty quickly. The artwork on these cards are amazing! I love the style and vibe they give. There is also a decent mix of movies chosen over multiple decades and I was familiar with most of them.I’m so happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them.

Beautiful Deck
Like many, I preordered and waited patiently for this deck. I read over the other reviews before writing this one and looked through my deck and booklet to see if there were any issues as reported in the other reviews. Mine arrived pristine. The booklet was fine. No missing pages. No creases or faulty printing. Hopefully that is just a few decks that can easily be replaced. Now on to the art. I LOVE THE ART!!! I LOVE THE BOX. It's a perfect size IMO. The cards could be a little thicker, but they seem pretty standard. It's just a matter of taste. My only issue is the title on each card is a bit small and difficult to read but overall, I love everything about this deck. I would never fault the artist or authors for nitpicky issues or production value. As a fellow artist and author, I know a good bit of that is beyond your personal control. If you loved the Dark Wood, you would love this.

Beautiful artwork!
This is my third tarot deck as I am now just beginning to grow a collection of Terrell tax after having my rider tarot for about eight years. I have to say I’m pleasantly surprised with the quality of the tarot deck and the box that it comes in, the box is really sturdy and very protective and the inside is beautifully decorated just as the outside of the box.The tarot deck is beautifully illustrated with horror/Halloween depictions and illustrations, I don’t know why I was expecting more of a pop-culture horror reference type tarot deck (with like pictures of The Exorcist or Michael Myers— although I can understand bc copyright) but I have was still very satisfied with the illustrations. The artist did beautifully in capturing the essence of each card and their meanings into the artwork. This has quickly become one of my favorite decks!

Reads so GOOD!
The deck is absolutely beautiful and reads like a dream. I hope never Halloween they will bring out a mega special edition deck. What’s up with the crappy warped card-stock though? I’d rather pay more to have good card-stock. I’m a fan of Abigail’s Illustrations. It’s a hit!

Love them
The media could not be loaded. Beautiful art work, great quality, amazing price. The wording is a bit on the small side and is hard to read if you’re color blind. Otherwise no complaints here. I love them
