Battery Heated Knee Brace Wrap AWOEZ Rechargeable Lithium Electric Heating Pad Knee 3 Temperature Control for Joint

Works quite well for my wife who has a knee problem. She only uses one, but keeps both batteries charged so that she can swap them out. 1 lasts for about 4 hours, so if she is going somewhere, she may need to swap between them. She finds the brace quite comfortable and the lights are bright enough that she can see (and operate) the button through her trousers. I tried one for an evening and it helped my knee, but that was only a temporary twisting that I had done that was better within a day, so I didn't need to use the brace long termed. My very muscular thighs and calf still wrapped easily, although I think that any real walking on my part would have allowed it to slip. The batteries have now been recharged daily for a couple of weeks and show no signs of wearing out.I've seen some write ups that said it wasn't any good, but I've found that like most made in China items, it is luck of the draw because of their shoddy quality control. We lucked out this time, although of my last half dozen purchases that ended up being Chinese produced, it was one of only 2 that didn't require a refund due to shoddy workmanship.

I ordered this item for my wife. She charged the battery and put it on. There was no heat. she tried recharging the battery with no change. Simply no heat. I have processed a cancellation of this order. The knee pad fits comfortable and perfectly but without the heat, it is useless. My feeling is that we are missing some essential part. Perhaps sloppy packaging.

This knee heating pad works as described. Its not quite as warm as I would like, but it provides relieve and it is sturdy.I think the customer service is amazing, and that is why I am giving it 5 stars. I had an issue after a few months when the special battery on one of the pads wouldn't recharge, but the company was so quick and with excellent communication in sending me a new one for free. I love a company that stands by their product.

Half of it was defective. They were very helpful and very fair with what they did. They returned half our money and gave us another set that was returned to see if it would work. It worked and very happy with the results.

Made to the small side

The first pair I purchased have been working on my knees well, only the lining material being a little rough on my skins, which is bearable. So I purchased a soncond pair for my wife soon afterwards. The second pair came in defect (see photo attached). Fearing of receiving the same poor quolity replacement by requesting for it, I have asked my wife to hand stitch the falling velcro pat herself and it will not look as good as it would have been done by the manufacturer with its machine. Our sawing machine is two weak to handle such thick and tough materials and we do not want to risk damaging our sawing machine itself. Both pairs have been purchased in less than a month before, and I will update my review on this if any other problems manifest in the near future. We wish the manufacuturer would impletement the good product design with good materials and workmanship, and we would be glad to pay more for the same product when and if that happens in the future. Recommend this product for the time being only if you are in urgent needs and not able to find alternative prouct of better qualities. UPDATE: One of the four stopped working completely with no heat, no light 6 weeks after receiving them brand new from Amazon. Too late to return and I am waiting now for the manufacturer to respond. I will update this review again if the manufacturer ever responds!

This is actually a helpful product. It doesn't become unbearably hot. Easy to power, either by battery or directly to the wall. Inside the knee area is mesh absorbing fabric that distributes the heat evenly, but it does take time to warm up. Put a blanket over them to further custom mold them to your knees and the warmth is even better but kind the heart. I don't think they're meant to be on for hours even though the battery is long lasting. The Velcro straps, instead of the sleeve style, are helpful as each leg can be custom fit depending on your position. There are different warmth settings and the directions are easy to understand. Just FYI if it's not American made.

I had high hopes for this product. I purchased for my partner who experiences chronic knee pain.Unfortunately, we were both disappointed as they dont heat up as promised so they don't provide relief. As I am an international customer, I just have to take the loss and am stuck with them. Wouldn't recommend.
