I have had leg cramps almost every night for about a month where I have to leap out of bed in the middle of the night. A physical therapist recommended using magnesium oil to relive the leg cramps. I bought both this "Pure Magnesium Oil Spray" as well as "Theraworx Relief for Muscle Cramps Foam" on Amazon. They both work great, but I prefer the foam because it is much less messy. The spray works, so it gets 5 stars, but I tend to get over spray on the floor and/or drips from spraying it on my hands for rubbing into my feet. Don't get me wrong, these are both 5-star. I have slept the night through for a week.

At first I was a bit skeptical but after using it daily for about a month. I have to day I wake up more energized and feeling better all around. It does leave a dryness to your feet but I wear socks so that helps. I shipped a bottle to my mom & brother out of state. Highly recommend!

I got this to help with sleep. I’m already taking a nightly cocktail of melatonin, magnesium, benadryl and valerian root tea to help me sleep but even with that sometimes its still hard to fall/stay asleep so I’m always looking for things that might help me. I was pretty skeptical but it does work! I spray about 5-7 spritzes on my feet, rub them together to spread the magnesium oil around, wait for it to dry, then follow it up with a layer of Cerave Healing Ointment. I don’t know why this is called oil, there is nothing oily about it. I was using it without the Cerave and my feet got so dry that my heels looked ashy. So definitely moisturize if you’re going to use it.

This seems to go straight into my system and even helps me sleep. The pills didn't seem to do anything, although I guess they provided much-needed magnesium we are missing in our soil and therefore, food.

Help with sleep when i spray my sole before bed but i do not like the residue. Leaves a film neither oily or sticky but weird…

I tried this for calming my restless leg twitches at night, and it works well for me! It dries quickly, which is great, and does not stain my sheets. I love that it is unscented, too.

it is a little oily. dont put on too much. But I do like the feel of it and am hoping it works as said.

I used it for leg cramps,worked very well,it took less then 5 minutes for it to mitigate the pain.
