Finally, a sensible, stylish case that outperforms wood and plastic. When we set out to develop a new case, We knew it had a lot to live up to. That's why we spent 3 years thinking through every detail of the RB Continental - A revolutionary Fusion of strength and style. The RB Continental's water-resistant ballistic Quadra weave exterior surrounds a lightweight FL exoskeleton protection system of 1" Thick high-density foam and EVA impact panels that offers enough protection to survive a 40-foot drop without so much as a Nick or scratch. (We know because we tried it. And when the guitar inside emerged unscathed, we did it again just for fun. ) inside, a velvet tuck interior Lining, solid-cell neck Brace suspension system, and thick soft mesh-lined side panels cradle your instrument in a cocoon of scuff-proof luxury. And its zippered "quick stash" Headstock pocket, zero G palm-contoured handle with weight distributing foam core, knurled abrasion grid on top and bottom to resist scuffing, and hideaway backpack straps are designed for getting around in the real world. The RB Continental is everything you'd expect from Reunion Blues, at a price that's almost too good to be true.

No regrets, will buy another.
This all you could ever want in a violin case. The cover is virtually scratch proof, and the interior is just so plush. If you can’t handle carrying ten pounds of case, this ones not for you though. Heavy, but it does have shoulder straps attached at the back folded inside a zippered pocket. Everything about this case is cleverly designed. The bow holders are better than anything out there. I would trust carrying a million dollar violin and a 50k bow in this case, it’s that well made. My violin cost about $1,500.00 to replace, if you were curious. I’ve already had two people say the exact same thing about it; “You got a really nice case for your Stradivarius”. The quality and color of the blue plush interior just makes any old violin look more expensive. If you are wondering what the case is reinforced with, it is a corrugated plastic. I tried to research this, and couldn’t get that detail until the case arrived with the promotional paperwork. Anyway, it’s built like a tank, if they made tanks out of plastic. Any material that is corrugated is many times stronger. Hope this info helps you to decide.

Best case - buy it!
This case is amazing! My fine violin has never felt so secure. There is room inside for a shoulder rest. The backpack straps work nicely, and store easily when not wanted. The quality of the materials and fasteners is top-notch. It should cost three times the money. It is heavy, but that doesn't bother me at all. I wish the outside pocket was bigger for books and music.

Outstanding Case
My wife is a professional violinist. She was in need of a new case and we saw one of these for a whole lot more at a local shop. Found it on Amazon for way less. She loves it. Can be carried as a backpack or with the handle. Violin fits snugly in the case, but it is so well padded, very protective. Only negative, not quite as much storage as a rectangular case.

Nice case. It was delivered fast and in excellent condition. It's bigger and heavier than most cases, but it's also sturdier; I have no doubt that it will protect my instrument. My 4/4 violin fits snugly. The hygrometer stopped working 10 minutes after I opened the case, but everything else looks of very high quality. Got it for $71, a pretty good deal, considering it's being sold for over $200 in other places.

Amazing!
Wow this case is amazing. It’s true that it’s a rather heavy case but honestly I’d rather it be heavy than light and delicate. This thing is a tank! And very plus with nice pockets and the little magnetic cover over the violin. I love it! Highly recommend!

"A great violin case"
When I saw this case for the first time here, I was very surprised. One of the things that caught my attention enough, was the fact that she has to use the back straps, very padded, which differentiates it from other cases which possess only handles simple and not so comfortable. Now that I got the case, I admit that my expectations were exceeded ... On the outside, she is amazing, having a high quality finish, handles for back (backpack style), shoulder strap also a small pocket for small items, and a larger pocket for objects too, such as pens, erasers, sheet music, phones etc.. Inside, she is also amazing, having a great finish in velvet, giving the violin a great comfort and protection, and has a small pocket for rosin or extra strings. It has room for two bows and comes with a hygrometer. While the weight is light, weighing 9.8 pounds. Pressing for a long time with the hand, the arm just getting tired a little, which is normal, but using the back or shoulder, is extremely lightweight. So I recommend this case to everyone!I want to take this opportunity to congratulate Amazon, which gave me this product here, in Brazil, on time delivery and in perfect condition!
