Amazing stuff for polishing glass. I used it wet on a 5 year old truck windshield with 62K miles. The final finish was empecable and virtually brand new with the exception of a few tiny dings on surface. As for the paper backing, yes, cloth would've been preferred but for the cost, it served by design.

We used 6000 grit to polish glass. This product is paper based, not cloth and don’t fit the bill
