This is an amazing product, I can't even believe its' working for me. I have been using it for about 6 months now. I used to feel like I would get hit by a truck (fatigue) right before and during my period, but not anymore. This has really helped to relieve my fatigue symptoms. I still get tired but not exhausted. It has lessened my cramps but I do still get them, as I always have since I was 13. One time I forgot to take it before my period and I was so irritable and exhausted. 10 days before & beginning of my period I take it 2x's a day. Other days I take it once a day. This has also changed my flow for the better.A friend of mine started using for her menopause hot flashes. She said that it has helped to lessen them. Another friend of mine uses it for her period and it has lessened her cramps, fatigue and flow.

I have taken/used the spray has indicated and have noticed that I do not have night sweats any more at all and only 1-2 hot flashes in a week. There is no flavor, no after taste and the great thing is it works. I have also suggested to my friends that are having the same issues.

Wanted to this as a back up to my normal menopause supplements. Recently I switched from a brand name gummy vitamin and other brand name supplements to a multivitamin. That seems to work good enough taking one pill instead of six...and with this spray as a support when needed or every night, I am fine 99% of the time. I'm on my second bottle & have been using this for a few months, just to be sure it worked as well as I thought. Seemed to notice this working well after taking this for only 3-4 days. Mainly I use this balance spray to help with restful sleep & nightly hot flashes.
