Im a new massage therapist and I use these on everyone. Last client said it was painful ( due to tight fascia) but it got her out of pain. These are so easy to work with with just the correct suction.

I am a licensed acupuncturist and have experience using a variety of cups. These are nice, thick- walled cups that provide excellent suction for their size, not flimsy junk, and will meet most cupping needs.Occasionally I need stronger suction over a larger area than the largest cup in this kit can provide. The limitation is volume. If they were to make it in a larger size, however, it would probably be too big to squeeze effectively. For this situation I will default back to my large silicone cups with a fold line in them for compression; they give more suction but are harder to clean and dry. Most of the time, I will now use these.

The cups are a bit thicker than I expected. The largest size is about as big as the palm of my hand. If that works for you, this is the set for you.

My physical therapist recommended we get these for some back problems I was having. He used these on me several times and each time I was relieved of some issues. He showed my husband how to use them and he was amazed at the ease and the difference it made on me. You can use them for various other symptoms besides the back (after reading the instructions). I no longer have those issues. YAY! If the issues come back at some time, I now have what I need to take care of it at home. Love my therapist and love this product. Highly recommend!!

As a novice I was worried about using these to relieve muscular tension. However they were very easy to use and really work to take away pain around knees, legs, shoulders and back. I’mBuying a facial cupping set from the same seller!
