I bought 2 Dri-Boxes to protect z-wave smart switches on my outdoor Christmas decorations. The achieved the goal of keeping the inner wiring dry (for now). However, they have one annoying trait. The recessed tops collect rain and 1/2 inch of water collects in them. Here when new, not a big deal. Down the road as they age, any slight crack or hole will turn the top into a funnel, directing all of the water in. Poor planning and design. They should shed water off the top.

Doesn’t keep the two connection ends dry had to get new cords because it held water and fried the wires

The seal compound at the cable entry/exit points is amazingly squishy :) :( I accidentally discarded the cable retention bits so it's a little fiddly to close while keeping the cables centered in the seal area... don't throw them out!

Well designed product, sturdy and strong plastic. Purchased from Creation et Design Electrique. Even there is one small piece missing, they sent it right away after contacting them. One of the great merchant that is not handled by Amazon directly.

Ottima scatola per raccogliere i vari collegamenti tra i cavi elettrici. La uso nel periodo natalizio per collegare le varie luci del mio giardino al modo migliore. Ai lati la scatola possiede alcuni guarnizioni che la rendono stagna così da non permettere all'acqua di entrare. L'apertura è abbastanza semplice ma anche un po dura così da far rimanere la scatola chiusa. Come tutti i prodotti DriBox questo è molto utile e di ottima fattura. È il modello piccolo di quello standard della DriBox. Prodotto consigliatissimo a tutti soprattutto per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
