It's good but too strong

This is the first time I've ever smelled Litsea Cubeba and I like it. The scent is extremely similar to lemongrass but softer and earthier. There's a green, herbal, earthy base to the scent that I don't smell with lemongrass. It reminds me of Thai and southeast asian food. It smells and TASTES like a lemon and a spicy pepper had a baby. If you like lemongrass, you will probably like Litsea. If you hate lemongrass, this probably isn't the right oil for you... As to the quality of this brand, Plant Therapy oils have been consistently high quality at an excellent price. So far, it's my favorite brand of essential oils available on Amazon. I haven't been disappointed yet.

great oil been using over xmas period

I love Plant Therapy and find their EO’s to be of great quality. This is only my second bottle of May Chang (the first from elsewhere), so I’m limited on comparisons, but my first bottle smelled much better than this one & was what I was hoping for this time. This one reminds me more of Lemongrass, but I also like the scent of Lemongrass, so no great loss.

I bought this to add to a Lemon Soap mixture I am making. I find that when working with Lemon Essential Oil the scent does not last in soap. I added some of this and so far so good. Litsea (May Chang) has a lemon scent. Wish there more options for a larger size at a better price. This stuff is on the higher price end for Essential Oils. But I am happy with my Purchase. Luckily, I don't need to use a lot.
