My Charis knife is great. It is exactly what I wanted. Well constructed, sharp and looks good. Most importantly it makes short works of prep for meal

Overall knife is great - well made
Overall knife is great - well made, one piece blade and handle so you don't have the issue of handle breaking off. Handle could have more weight to it off-setting the blade (this is very minor). Knife could be a little sharper but that is easily remedied to your specific need / want. Price is below many others of this quality.
