It is really an excellent customer experience
Ordered a previous model of the same camera, and was working well for a while then we encountered issues. We contacted the seller and after couple of correspondence, we received a brand new replacement quickly, with the newest model! It is really an excellent customer experience, highly recommend this! The new camera is easy to install as the previous older model and it's been working well since!! Thank you seller for going the extra mile and making this a stress free experience!

This car camera is excellent as it works better than my expectation
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This car camera is excellent as it works better than my expectation.Here are several pros I found so far:1. It has high resolution, which works great at daytime and nighttime as well. I'm especially impressed by the high quality night vision.2. Very easy to install and mount to the window dashboard, does not make any mark after taking it away from the front window.3. I'm able to turn of recording voices while the camera is capturing the video.4. Easy to upload files to laptop, not only helpful for accident recording but also a great choice to capture sight seeings.

good dash cam
Overall it's a great camera. Four stars only because sometimes it does not kick into recording mode when you start the car , then you have to unplug the camera so it restarts in recording mode. It happened to me quite often. Other than that, produces good quality recording, it's small enough for it not to be a distraction on your windshield . You have to make sure to get higher speed reading card for this camera in order for it to record.

Stands behind their product
Totally inadequate instructions, they might as well have left them out of the box. Buttons not marked, not intuitive, there isn't even a brand name on the camera. Forget its "looks" (see other reviews), if you can't familiarize yourself with it and use it, it's just another inanimate object. And so it is. Addition: after posting the review I was contacted by the seller, very concerned with my dissatisfaction. They gave me a full refund with the assurance that a better, revised instruction book is forthcoming. Based on the quality and appearance of the product and the concern on the part of the seller they get a revision to 3 stars.

Overall, Great Dash Cam except for Lane Keeping Warning Function
Overall, it is a great dash cam.I specifically bought this because it says it has a Lane Keeping Waning system in this low price.But, Lane Keeping function is not working...
