Extremely Durable!
I enjoy using this one because it isn't wearing out! Most of the ones I have bought wear out within the first month or two. This one has lasted a few months and is still going strong! I also like that it is really 150lbs because now I have one that is a challenge and fun to squeeze. I'm a bigger guy and it fits perfectly in my hand. Will buy another one for in my truck very soon.

Squeaks louder than your neighbors spring mattress during intercourse after you pulled a double shift at work
I bought this to use at work. First day it was great. Second day it started squeaking. It has gotten worse with each squeeze and less than 120 reps in, I cannot use it anymore as it bothers not just my coworkers, but also my ears as well. The 150lbs was perfect for me to get 10-12 reps each time at least.

I would recommend a different one unless you are very strong
I am 210 lbs and I am not weak. This is extremely hard to squeeze, I would recommend a different one unless you are very strong!

What? No Instructions?
The equipment looked good, but I'm not an exercise elitist so I need some instructions or diagrams (none included). Anyone know where I can get some?
