I just wanted to update my review I am so in love with this blow-dryer I bought back in March light weight very fast at drying I don't use on myself I use at my salon and clients have never complained about it being too hot or burning them. Anyways yesterday it turned on but it wouldn't get hot and I was super bummed and super sad because I really love this blow-dryer anyway I didn't know how to get ahold of anyone so I just left a review. Literally not even 24 hours goes by and I already have an email and then telling me that they are sorry this happened and will replace my old one no cost.... LET ME TELL YOU HOW THANKFUL I AM FOR KIMBERLY this company is honest and caring. They could of never gotten back to me but they did and fast too so I wish I could give more stars but 5 is all they'll let me do. Never switching dryers as long as they sell it.I need the seller to contact me asap i have only had this blowdryer for a couple months and its not working i would like an exchange for a new one. So, wow. I used this hair dryer when I was staying at the Four Seasons in California and dropped my hair dryer on the ground and broke the fan. I always bring my hair dryer with me when I travel as I have very finniky hair and the heat and fan have to both be very powerful to get my hair to cooperate. I was expecting a crap hair dryer like most hotels have but was amazed at how well the hair dryer worked! The heat was super high and the fan is incredibly strong!!! I have been through about 30 hair dries in the past 2 years after Remington discontinued my favorite one and most have ended up in the trash. After 5 years of searching I finally found a winner! I quickly ordered two of these and was overjoyed to finally have a great hair dryer again. One month and one day after ordering (doesn’t it always happen that way with Amazon) the heating element on one kicked the bucket so the heat was constantly at the low heat setting. Since the return period expired the day before I reached out to the seller to request a replacement under the one year warranty. I wasn’t expecting a response, much less the one I got. I am so impressed and pleased with, not only the hair dryer but also the amazing customer service. I try to buy most of my amazon orders with my American Express because most of the time the sellers don’t respond to warranty requests and AMEX has return protection. I truly expected to have to take this up with my credit card company and am over the moon that the seller is so honest and quick to resolve issues with their products. As this is my first time buying this hair dryer I’m hoping the heating element issue was just a fluke. Other than that, the dryer is AMAZING and the customer service was so outstanding that that alone deserves five stars.

First impressions are great! The nice box this was packaged in gave me thoughts this was a very nice high quality product. I was correct. I used it for the first time this morning. I have very thick long hair. This hair dryer dried my hair super fast compared to other brands I have used in the past. I was amazed at what a good job it did and how much it decreased my drying time. I am looking forward to now seeing how long the dryer lasts. I will review again in several months to let you know. As of today, I would highly recommend this product!

I’ve had a Babyliss Pro, a Chi, an Eva NYC, various drug store brands... basically every brand except the Dyson that’s about $400.My hair has seen things. I’ve been coloring it for the past 8 years. I wash it daily because I have scalp psoriasis (terribly itchy if I don’t). And my hair is thick, long, naturally wavy. I prefer to blow dry it straight to have some sort of control over my life because lord knows I need it.This dryer is strong. It’s not so hot that it feels like I’m burning my scalp, but not so cool that it’s pointless. The speed of the air blow is powerful which is always what I look for, for my thick hair.I used the dryer for the first time and was able to barrel brush with ease. The dryer, even at the highest heat setting, wasn’t even steaming my hair to the point of moisture escape, so my hair feels really good even after the dry.The dryer is heavier than most I’ve used. If this bothers you, I’d pass. It doesn’t bother me.I love this dryer and I hope it lasts me for years to come.

A gift for my daughter. She uses it everyday and my daughter is very happy at how fast her hair drys her hair and how well the hair lays throughout the day. She says the hairdryer works perfectly and thanks me all the time for getting it for her. Very satisfied customer

First off, it isn't any heavier then any other blow dryer. In fact I found it easy and comfortable to use. The smaller opening end allows you to concentrate on specific areas well. It's got the power I need. My hair is very long and thick and It didn't take me long to get it dry at all. Minimal tangles, and in fact my hair felt softer and actually lighter when done. I'm happy I purchased it!

My first order of this product arrived and only worked for about 10 seconds, disappointed I started the return process. However, the company contacted me IMMEDIATELY and sent me a replacement. The replacement arrived quickly and works just as promised. My hair feels soft and looks shiny. It does take longer to dry my hair than with my cheap dryer, but probably because it is not frying it. My hair is fine so does tend to tangle it a bit, again probably operator impatience. Overall it is a great product that works well and the customer service was beyond expectations!!! They followed up with 2 emails to make sure the product was as promised- very impressed with this company.
