I'm adding more taurine to my diet for health benefits and anti-inflammatory properties from such an important amino acid. They're fine as a generic suppliment added to my multi-vites and regular diet. I haven't taken them long enough to notice a difference. The pills are fairly large and gel capped so there really is no flavor. No trouble to swallow.
