These bamboo skewers are really great!! They are a good size for the crochet flowers I was making and were quite sturdy. Not many flawed skewers but a few had to be discarded. The skewers were a good price for the amount included. I did not use these bamboo skewers for cooking but I'm sure they would have been completely safe for that purpose. I do recommend these skewers for crafts.

This product was packaged very well. The outer, stronger, zip-lock bag contained the inner plastic bag holding the pointed skewers. The package also included 5 sets of prep gloves mentioned in the description. I bought the 8-inch long skewers for making shish-ke-bobs in my air fryer. These are thick sticks and probably overkill for my purpose. For those who need sticks for candy apples, it seems that these would be perfect, being thick and strong. They all seemed to be pretty smooth and, since I was doing this review, I actually did count them and there were exactly 100 sticks, as advertised. I'm very happy with the quality of the product, with the packaging, and with the quick delivery.

I used these when I made my mother a money bouquet. Turned out great for my first time.

Nice and sturdy.. Does the job.. Used then on candy apples and rice Krispy treats...

The reason for the five stars is to make sure you read this. These are not sticks for candy apple. Way to thin I not even about to dare open and try will be sending it back.
