The remote is tiny, limited In function and obviously designed for children. That being said this is likely the same mold for the red Chevy pickup from FMS, which I have, making it a fantastic looking truck. Combined with basic headlights makes for a deal I couldn't pass on. It is quite a bit louder and there's a higher pitched whine when running really slow making it less ideal for inside. At the end of the day, it's a great truck that I want to modify and won't feel bad about the original condition. I would love an upgrade version with a box and better electronics though

I've had 2 so far and both had slipping diffs. fantastic looking truck, super realistic, tons of fun to play with, but the diffs just slip so bad. getting metal gears from FMS is a must-do unless you can mesh the stock ones better or your not going to crawl it. crawls pretty good when the diffs hold up, rear suspension is a bit stiff, but that is an easy fix. battery lasted a good while, tires are soft, and it has some pretty good torque and controllability. steering is smooth, fast, and torquey which is awesome.

This is a great truck and great start with lots of aftermarket upgrades

Axles strip can't get parts don't buy,cool truck but kind of useless may try to return it okay returned it got another one rear axle slipping found parts on ebay or you can use fms k10 axles and parts to cool of a truck to not fix it

Disappointed. Didn't work right out of the box. Transmitter won't link to truck. I get nothing. Charged lipo with brand new batteries in the controller. Super bummed. Been waiting for this to ship for 2 weeks. Wanted to get into rock crawling so I thought I'd get a mini to begin with. I mainly bought this truck because it looked great and according to reviews was fairly capable. Maybe I'll buy this truck again later down the road because it looks nice. But for now I'm going to get an Axial instead. Probably should've bought one to begin with.
