It works!!
I'm a big skeptic and have tried a number of natural remedies for menopause related sleep issues. Some work ok for a little while and others just leave you a zombie the next day. This really worked for me! You have to take it at least half an hour before bed (45min worked better for me) and it genuinely helps me get to sleep and wake up refreshed. It's expensive, but I only take 1 every few days now and it's worth every cent!

Finally getting some sleep

Finally Sleeping through the night
I have suffered for years of not being able to fall asleep and then sleep through the night. I have tried most products on the market, which either did not work or left me very groggy in the morning. I tried this product and I’m finally able to fall asleep and sleep through the night. I wake up much earlier than I used to feeling completely refreshed. My mind is very sharp again. I highly recommend this product.

Doesn't work for me
I really wanted to try and find something to help me sleep, and even I tried 3 per night and nothing, the bottle only bring 30 pills and for the price, and I was done with bottle in 2 weeks, too expensive and doesn't work.

I bought this supplement thinking it would help me sleep..and its a NO...relaxes you for a few minutes...but I am still awake all night

It works
I recommend these for anyone who needs a little help relaxing at night. I don't get weird dreams like when I take just melatonin. Maybe it's the mix of herbs but it's nice and you wake up feeling refreshed in the morning.
