Love this product. Shipping was super fast. I have used it already to make homemade cream of chicken soup, as a thickener for canning pie filling, and even in a soup dish to thicken it up just a bit. Holds up very well during the heat and reheat process.

It worked better than I expected. Wonderful product. I would buy this again. My pie filling set up beautifully clear and shiny, not cloudy like regular corn starch. I also was able to use less than a popular name brand I used to buy.

I use this Therm Flo in making my jams. It works very well.
