Nature's Way Choline, 500 mg, 100 Tablets, Pack of 2

I started taking this while pregnant and am continuing it while breastfeeding. It's a great way to supplement choline, as most prenatals either do not contain it or contain very little. Good product!

I like these as you don’t need to take multiple per day to meet the daily requirement. One has around 90ish percent of your daily choline intake, perfect for vegans or anyone really.

Seems to be working

Arrived nicely packaged and on time. It is a large pill, easy to swallow. Seems to be effective thus far!

I tried these for about a week and had extreme difficulty swallowing them. They started to disintegrate into a grainy powder as soon as I would put one in my mouth. The gross taste and powdery texture made me puke twice. I take about 15 pills/supplements a day so I'm fairly used to taking large/bad tasting supplements. These were just not good and I'll be returning to the choline supplement I was taking prior. I had hoped to cut back on how many I needed since most choline supplements are low in overall mg, but capsuls are definitely the way to go.

This product is very good. It helps improve memory and alertness.
