Sizes 4 or 5 are too small to be practical for this product. You are supposed to trim from this product, in the area for the fingers, according to the size of the sole. And you will see that the guidance lines for trimming are only for a size as small as 6. Also, the area and the geometrical configuration of the heel remains the same for all sizes, and that heel fits better the bigger sizes. Not to mention that this product has its own thickness. It is excellent for a hiking boot, but for a tight shoe it may be a problem.
