Great Gluten Free Flour
Domata makes a great gluten free flour. I found out about it after running into a lady in the "gluten-free aisle" in the grocery store. She told me that it is the best cup-for-cup flour that you'll find and she was right. It is so good that I can't seem to tell the difference between it and the regular wheat flour. I still have to put it to the ultimate test in making my mother's pierogies. I attempted to make them using another gluten free flour composed of garbonzo beans and potato starch and the consistency was awful. While they tasted okay, they were just too thick and chewy. I am hoping since Domato is made of rice flour and corn starch that it will produce a lighter product. So far Domato has been great with the baking that I have done.

Didn't work for me.
Tried the Blueberry Buckle Cake recipe on the box. The "batter" had gluey consistency, as did the finished product. I've been baking gluten- free a long time, but this was my first try with this flour. And my last.

Taste was good, convenient, but gritty.
This flour does measure just cup for cup like wheat flour, and worked fine in cookie recipes. The price wasn't over the moon, and it was very convenient, because I didn't have mix my own.I couldn't taste any difference, and even my boyfriend liked them, and he is not gluten intolerant, so he could eat "real" cookies if he wanted to.The only thing we did notice, is everything we made with this flour had a gritty finish to it. Not too terribly bad, but just be ready for it. Overall, adequate, if you can't have wheat or gluten for any reason. I'm not sure anything is a perfect substitute, but this did alright for what we wanted.

A good GF substitute.
Better than most gluten-free flours. I use this Domata flour as a swap for all my regular cooking needs - thickening, coating, etc. Some GF flour blends list corn starch as their main ingredient. This Domata flour is not all corn starch, but a good quality GF flour blend.

but it gives a great texture to cakes
It doesn't perfectly match wheat based flours, but it gives a great texture to cakes! With any gluten free product, the results can be a bit dry if you don't compensate, but this flour is definitely my favorite!

Domata for perfection
This is a perfect substitution for traditional gluten laden flour. I use Domata flour exclusively in my kitchen. Friends rave about my baked goods and are surprised when they discover the tasty treats are made with a gluten free flour blend. Baking has never been so easy or so delicious.

Great for baking.
Best flour I have found for baking gluten free. Just substitute one for one. Made our traditional Christmas shortbread cookies with it and my daughter, who has celiac, was thrilled she wouldn't miss out on her favorite cookie. Just wish it wasn't so expensive.

The best there is.
The closest thing I have ever found to a drop-in replacement for all-purpose flour. I've made biscuits, cookies, and cakes by simply substituting this flour for all-purpose flour. Works great. This is the best gluten free flour on the market, as far as I'm concerned.
