Before I say anything about how this is changing my life let me just call out….do not follow instructions on the package. add this to a BIG water bottle and shake. It tastes great with a lot of water. It tastes not so great in the small amount of water the instructions recommend.I tried this on a whim and within an hour I felt like a new human being. I’ve been going from doctor to doctor trying to figure out why I can’t absorb iron. I’m staying in a constant state of fatigue from anemia and no one can figure out why I’m so sick. I tried this just thinking maybe it could help and within an hour ALL of my symptoms were gone. I’m now on day 5 and I have my life back. I don’t know what is going on but I could cry. I have been sick for 6 months. I feel alive.

I use lots of Vital Protein products, however, this one is extremely disappointing. The flavor is awful. I tried to drink it just for the function, and I cannot finish a single drink with this one. It taste very artificial and leaves a bad after taste. I opened the bag late because I was using another brand before and didn’t immediately try this one. Unfortunately I cannot return it at this point, but I also can’t stand to drink it. So this is literally money in the garbage because I will throw it away unless someone wants them.The flavor needs SO MUCH needed improvement. Vital Protein is definitely a good brand, but this is a downer especially when looking for a travel size option.

I usually buy Liquid IV but figured for the price I’d try this. I regret buying so many because they are hard to drink. The flavor is really weird and kind of bitter. Not pleasant at all. I recommend buying a smaller quantity to make sure you like it before you buy bulk.

I’ve been drinking 120oz of plain water a day and was really bored with just plain water. I mixed Vital Proteins with 12oz of water like it says. It’s a little too strong for my liking, so I filled it to 40oz and it’s perfect. It has the perfect amount of lemon lime flavor. Anyone that tries it and doesn’t like it feel free to send it my way. I can’t wait to try the other flavors. 😀

I was so excited to try these! I am pregnant so both hydration and collagen is important right now. I already use this brand of collagen so these seemed like a no brainier My first time having it... EW. I could barely get it down (tropical blast flavor). I also drink the brand Drip Drop and was expecting that level of deliciousness. So with more managed expectations, I tried it again and it was much better. It has a really strange after taste to me which I can get over but I do not look forward to drinking these. At this point I am just working through the bag. It is not bad enough to throw away but it is not good enough to order again. I will just keep having my collagen in smoothies and my hydration separate. I would try again if I saw a new and improved recipe or a new flavor. I don't love lemon lime so I'm not willing to try that. I also don't love tropical punch typically so this could be a totally biased review 🤷🏼‍♀️ I think something more like watermelon kiwi or tangerine would suit itself better to the "boney" aftertaste.

I bought this because it boasted a very high ratio of potassium to sodium, and would complement my already sodium-heavy diet. I've tried plenty of other recovery and sports drinks in the past, and this is without a doubt the worst tasting one I've had. The taste is incredibly bitter, and the lemon lime is unable to mask it. I was only able to finish it after cutting it with other recovery powder (I had some LMNT lying around, tastes great but lots of sodium, thus why I bought this), and even that was not great. IDK if it's the collagen, the potassium, or something else added, but it does NOT work.

Taste better in really cold water and I like the flavor and taste. I only drink one a week. UPDATED: I finished my package of this mix am sad to find unable to reorder. As mentioned originally, taste a lot better with ice to make it cold! I enjoyed mixed. Hope AMAZON will restock.

I have tried basically all of the hydration plus collagen powders out there and the flavor of this one is by far the worst. I was shocked by how incredibly bitter and not at all fruity it was. I will not be able to drink this so it was a big waste of money. I'd give it no stars if at all possible. Vital protiens does make a flavorless collagen that's not too bad though.
