With Saffron Extract, Vitamin D, and Vitamin B12, these gummies are a good supplement to have during the winter months were darkness and less sun always affect my mood. They taste good and are easy to chew. I have not noticed any changes in my mood yet but I am not expecting immediate results and I am only taking one gummy a day. I did not realize when I ordered these to try it was an auto ship. So when I got 2 surprisingly a month after ordering I looked up and cancelled the subscription. I though all was well until today when I recieved 2 in the mail and my acct was cbarged!!! I am returning product and once again went in to acct and cancelled subscription. Product was ok didnt notice anything different while taking it.

There are many mood stabilizing formulas out there these days - guess its a sign of the stressful, depressing times we live in. This one relies on a smattering of vitamins such as D3, B6, Folat, B12 and zinc. But the key ingredient here is saffron. Saffron is the most expensive herb on the planet and has been used as a libido enhancer, mood stabilizer and antidepressant for 1000s of years. It’s also a powerful anti-oxidant.Most mood stabilizing formulas rely on St Johns Wort, Rhodiola, Lion’s Mane or other funghi. Here, while the vitamins are low dose relative to typical multis, the whole enchilada is clearly the saffron. Does it work? Hard to tell, especially since I’m taking other products for lifting my spirits in this most unusually difficult period in human history.One plus: this product is sugar free- would that more companies would make their gummies sugar free. Kudos to Naveh for that. Not sure what polyol (sugar alcohol) is exactly- a new one on me. There’s a warning on the label that excessive consumption can increase bowel activity. So don’t take more than 2 at a time per directions.

I appreciate that the Naveh Pharma Be Happy Saffron Supplement seems to work. Each gummy contains 60mg of saffron extract and a host of vitamins and zinc to work synergistically to help improve one's mood and energy levels. Maybe a little too much in the case of B12, but it is safe in large doses. I also approve of the fact that it doesn't contain sugar, a rarity in gummies.I'm not a fan of the smell, however. They have a strong chemical overtone that also shows in the flavor. It is pleasant enough and my wife likes it, but I find it a little offputting. Aside from that, they're soft gummies are easy to chew and don't stick to my teeth. I like them, but am not a fan of their inflated price.Product of Israel~ Kort

Absolutely horrible actually tryed eating it could not get rid of the toxic chemical taste hours later that was still all I could taste the rest of the bottle went in the trash nothing happy about this crap.Cant get past the chemical smell when you open the bottle tastes the same as it smells only cant get the tast out of your mouth absolutely horrible!!!!!!

I can not say if they work because I could not get past the the horrible taste. They are honestly the r worst tasting things I have ever had, it took hours to get the after taste out.

I have used a variety of gummy supplements and find that they are more enjoyable to take than pills. I was interested in the Be Happy Saffron supplement for focus because of the ingredient profile. I like the inclusion of a patented form of saffron. I like the heart shape of the gummies. They chew easily and have a soft texture. I am finding that I would prefer them better if they were in pill form. I like the entire concept and ingredients but I am not enjoying the taste. They taste like sweetened pool water and have a strong chemical aftertaste. They are very unfavorable and hard to eat because of their flavor. I have still been eating them twice per day as suggested and have not yet noticed an impact. I am hoping that they are performing behind the scenes in a way that I cannot outwardly recognize. I will continue to eat the gummies for as long as I feel I am able to do so but would not order again and at this point cannot recommend.Update-I cannot continue to take the supplement. They taste like chemicals and they do not seem like something I should be eating.Suggestion for improvement--Improve the taste--folate and zinc at such high doses prevent me from being able to take a daily multivitamin. It is also contraindicated that folate is at 200% daily value for long-term use as suggested on the bottle.

I find this supplement rather intriguing, I’ve never seen one with saffron as an active ingredient before and didn’t realise it had properties than enhance moods and relieve anxiety.I’m not keen on taking large capsules so it’s nice to have a chewy gummy to try and they taste really good so I don’t mind adding these to my regular supplements.I make sure that I take a Vitamin D supplement every day, especially in the winter when you rarely get to feel the sun, so it’s important to see this is one of the benefits.Dose is one or two gummies a day so it’s possible these will only last a month, so they work out rather expensive, definitely beyond my budget.Whilst they are beneficial and tasty, they need to be a more realist price.Hope you found my review helpful

These sound so good and I was excited to try them but wow they are the worst tasting supplements I've ever come across and you can't just neck them with some water as they're a chewable gummy sweet.I also got the children's version to try and they're covered in sugar - I can see why after tasting the adult ones as they're absolutely foul without the sugar. The taste reminds me of chlorinated swimming pool water, it was awful.I'm sure this would be a great supplement if you don't mind the taste but it's way too strong and chemical tasting for me unfortunately.

You are getting 60 of these Gummies in the container. If you stick to the recommended dosage of one or two daily they will last you one or two months. The Gummies are very tasty despite being sugar-free. Many of these gummy products are packed full of sugar so it is nice to have this without the unnecessary sugar. There is no mention in the product page about whether this is a vegan or even vegetarian product. It certainly doesn’t contain any milk or egg allergens and they have used pectin and it rather than anything nasty like gelatin. Judging from the ingredients I very much suspect this is vegetarian. However one of the ingredients is vitamin D three which is often animal derived and vegetarian but not vegan. So for vegans I would approach this product with caution because of the vitamin D3 and no markings about it being a vegan product. If you have problems swallowing capsules or tablets then Gummies are definitely a pleasant alternative. This is a pretty expensive product and I don’t think it’s sustainable to use this in a longer period of time just because of the price. However it is a very pleasant tasting supplement.
