small problem at first But they stood up to bat and corrected it Extremely well !!
Minor shipping problem but they fixed it and really did a wonderful job of getting it to me.. This is just what I wanted and they went above and beyond to fix a minor shipping problem,, getting it to me extremely fast and in perfect shape,, I would not hesitate to ever buy from them again... Well done, and hope to do business with you soon !!! wonderful product !!!! 6 mice the first day and 4 more the next ! my wife loves it as it does not kill them ( so she can carry them a long ways away and release them unharmed !!!

It does work, but....
The stairs that clips on needs to be more sturdy material

Way too hard to assemble
Product is good but way too hard to assemble. I had to use a rubber hammer to get the top part tabs connected.Also door flap needs a bit more weight to reset properly.

Arrive Broken
It arrived with one of the prongs broken off the black swivel piece (Main part) we are going to try super gluebut if the mice are too heavy it will break again

Not worth it
There is another product very similar that I had purchased and it works great. Easy to use and it really does catch mice. This particular version must be assembled, which is not a bad thing, but the tabs do not easily go into their slot and when you try to force it, the tabs break. The concept is great, but this particular product is not worth it. I junked this one and found the one I originally purchased and bought it again. The other one does not require you to try to assemble with tabs.

Cheap plastic
Parts broke right out of the box. Never came close to my have-a-heart trap. Waste of time indoors and out.

The "mouse ladder" mating tabs broke off.
Despite exercising a very high degree of care to avoid breaking components upon initial assembly, the locking tabs for the mouse ladder snapped off. Stuck with using duct tape to make functional. Also, no way to set up assembly so that bait stays put following activation. I guess that "critters" get a final meal before disposal.

Such high hopes, one gets what one pays
Tried to put together and pieces no not fit well or easily. Ladder pieces broke off top when put together. Not sure if it will work . Will update if it still works with quality of plastic. I got a two pack, after struggling with the first I will see if it's worth the time to figure a way to put it together and stay together.
