I have recently been taking dextrose for almost a month now and I can say confidently that I have seen major improvements in my overall health and muscles. My muscles feel more fuller and I am able to go more intense helping me get bigger and stronger. I personally take 1 scoop of dextrose and 2 scoops of protein in the morning before working out and after the gym, I take 1 scoop of dextrose, 1 scoop of creatine and 1 scoop of collagen. Really amazing stuff. It taste sweet but in a good way. I will continue to get this for as long as I live.
