Bright white quality material. Fit adult man's head well. Arrived flat and slightly creased, but creases ironed out easily. Good value.

The hat perches on the top of my son's head (he is 6'2", and does have a large head), and when I tried it on, it also did not feel secure (I am 5'6" - but also have trouble finding hats that fit) so it doesn't stay on his head well. I was hoping that for the price, the hat might be a better quality. If you just want a one-time costume hat (and you are average size) this will probably work for you.

I got it for a Popeye costume for Halloween at work and the one that came with the costume was way too small

Though it fit on my head it looked small and paper thin not worth the money not like pictured, I hope I don't pay more and get the same thing pictures of descriptions are so deceiving

I just wanted a one time use hat and got what I wanted. It is a cheap and flimsy hat and does not look real authentic but it fit and served its purpose.
