This was perfect for the occasion. Locked great.

I used this for my grandmother's birthday. She turned, you guessed it, 79. I actually had balloons around it like the picture shown. I rented a whole cabin and this banner (and the other color I bought), pulled the whole party together. It's large, it's affordable, it was easy to hang, the colors were clear, not blurry like some I've seen before. It's thicker than I'd thought it'd be, so I wasn't worried about tearing it. The quality and price are well worth it.
