Not practical if the price is so high for so little.The taste is just like sugar and it looks and feels like sugar, but it dissolves in your mouth kind like powdered sugar. Laws need changed with that.But I have seen online that allulose has 1/10 the amount of calories as sugar, and I’ve also seen that it has .4 calories per serving, so yeah, do your research and decide for yourself if this is right for you.Apparently this is great for diabetics and doesn’t have the same effects on diabetics that sugar wouldBring that price down, but this is the best sugar substitute I’ve tasted

I purchased this per a dietitians recommendation. I like that it is not aspartame or other sweeteners. It was a hit with my husband who enjoys having sugar in his coffee. I can't tell the difference between this and sugar in my coffee. So it is a hit for this family.

I love this sweetener. It taste great with no aftertaste very low-calorie and good if you’re on a keto.
